Our approach

How PodPitch matches and pitches

PodPitch forms its recommendations by matching podcasts to your topic, then writing a separate pitch for each host.

Your topic is the starting point. PodPitch searches a database of podcasts, picks the shows that match it, and writes a personal pitch for each host. Pitches are sent from your own email, either after you approve them or automatically on autopilot.

How are podcast matches chosen?

  1. Your topic comes first

Matching starts from the topic you give PodPitch.

  2. A database search

PodPitch searches a database of podcasts rather than relying on a fixed list.

  3. Shows that match are picked

Shows that match your topic are the ones PodPitch selects for you to pitch.

  4. One pitch per host

Each selected host gets a personal pitch, then you approve it or let autopilot send it.

The principles behind PodPitch and this site

Relevance over volume

A pitch to a show that fits your topic is worth more than many pitches to shows that do not.

You stay the sender

Pitches go out from your own email and replies come to you. Approve mode keeps every word in your hands.

Only what we can stand behind

This site describes how PodPitch works. We do not publish booking numbers, rankings or testimonials we cannot verify, and we do not promise any specific result.

Ready to get booked on podcasts that fit you?

Give PodPitch your topic. It finds matching shows, writes a pitch for each host and sends it from your own email, with your approval or on autopilot.
